Samples include what is specified on the list below, no graphic services (Colors, wording and layout changes) are included on samples orders. These changes can be done when you place a bulk order with us (find link for bulk orders below).

We offer discount tiers for bulk orders of 100+ (100+ > 7%, 150+ > 10%, 200+ > 12%). Tax and shipping is calculated separately and depends on the nature of the order.

  • Shipping & Policies

    Payments

    ▶ SAMPLES
    Samples in our store are generic pre printed samples with stock wording and featured colors (specified on each listing). We do not accept requests for custom samples at this moment.
    One fully custom sample is included free of charge on any bulk orders of 50 min, before production.
    SAMPLES PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES:
    Samples are shipped via first class mail within 5 business days from purchase. First class mail reaches most US places within 7 to 10 business days. International orders may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. A sample will be shipped free of charge if the sample is not delivered within these timelines.

    ▶ BULK ORDERS
    It is considered a bulk order, an order of 50 cards minimum. A bulk order is customized in wording and color.

    HOW IT WORKS:
    • Initial inquiry (through online form bit.ly/orderinvitations
    • Quote, proposal, and suggested timeline are sent. Contract and retainer are due
    • Initial proofs are sent
    • Proofing
    • Hard copy request (recommended)
    • Official proof sign off
    • Printing and production

    The retainer (deposit) will be deducted from the total amount due for the wedding invitations/other products. Deposits are not refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full before bulk production.

    ▶ PROOFING
    It is the client's responsibility to carefully review their proofs for any error. That includes: spelling, layout, website URLS, phone numbers, directions, etc. Once the final proofing contract is signed by the client, the items will be printed and produced as per contract sign off. The client takes full responsibility on any editable error at that point.

    ▶ QUANTITIES
    Most styles of invitations must be ordered in quantities over 50. We recommend to order an approximate 10% extra for keepsake and last minute added guests.

    ▶ DESIGN PROPERTY
    All designs and concepts are property of Designed with Amore LLC, which retains all rights to use the preliminary and completed designs for the purpose of display or for other clients, upon request.

    ▶ RUSH ORDERS
    Orders may be considered RUSH if they are needed within a 5 week turnaround. Rush orders are accepted depending on availability and the requirements of the project. Rush orders will add a charge of 15% to your order total. Final payment is due prior to printing

    ▶ PAYMENT METHODS
    Designed with Amore LLC currently accepts cash, check, paypal and credit cards. There is a $25 fee for returned checks. All payments, including checks must be cashed before printing begins.

    ▶ RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
    If there is a need to cancel your order, please contact Designed with Amore LLC right away. If your final approval has not been received and your project has not gone into production, you are responsible for your deposit and any materials that have been purchased. If your project has gone into the production process you are responsible for the entire amount as stated in your contract.
    Because of the personalization of custom stationery, orders are non-refundable, without exception. Every effort is made to assure your satisfaction.
    If there is an error on the part of Designed with Amore, we will do our best to correct the problem

    ▶ DELIVERY
    All shipping and postage will be assumed by the client.
    Designed with Amore LLC is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping and/or mailing or invitations that are not delivered. Any shipping charges will be added to your final invoice. You may also pick-up your order to avoid shipping charges.
    Unless otherwise requested by the customer, our packages will be shipped via USPS Priority mail, and delivery may require a signature based on the total price of the package.

    ▶ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    Designed with Amore LLC does ship internationally. Unless otherwise requested by the customer, our packages will be shipped via USPS Priority mail, and delivery may require a signature based on the total price of the package. International charges will be based on current charges on usps.com. Please note that international packages will go through customs and can be retained for a short to a long time. Designed with Amore LLC will not be responsible for the time the package is retained in customs. Although we mark all our international shipments as “Gifts” to avoid high duty charges, these may still apply to your package. The client is solely responsible for duties and taxes payments at the time of delivery.

    ▶ MAILING YOUR INVITATIONS
    Mailing single Invitations occasionally incur additional postage because of their weight, or due to the shape of the finished piece. Designed with Amore LLC is not responsible for overcharge in postage, or for invitations or stationery that is lost in the mail or is destroyed through the mailing process. It is your responsibility to check pricing with your post office at the time of purchase.

    ▶ VERBIAGE
    The client is solely responsible for any mistake on the provided verbiage. We exercise reasonable care to avoid errors, and will advise the client whereas a mistake may be found. We are however not entitled to change any wording without notice and we are not liable for any mistake found on the final proofs.

    ▶ COLORS
    Screens and mobiles display colors according to transmitted light in the RGB gamut (red, green and blue) gamut, whereas paper displays colors according to the absorption and reflection of light of CMYK colors (cyan, magenta, yellow and black). In other words your monitor and mobile are back lit, which will in most cases result in a digital image much brighter and vivid than a printed image.

    This is one of the main reasons why we always encourage requesting a hard copy sample where a specific shade of color is needed (restrictions apply)

    ▶ SIZES
    The client is solely responsible for making sure that the cards are the needed sizes. The sizes of all your cards and envelopes were specified on your original invoice.

    Our postcards are set up to comply with the United States postal service postcard size requirements; we are not aware of every country's specific requirements, if you are shipping your cards outside the United states, it is your responsibility to check with your postal service about sizes. We will be happy to accommodate size changes where needed BEFORE proofs approval and BEFORE printing. Designed with Amore is not liable for any misplaced/lost/damaged/returned postcards or piece of mail.

    Certain invitation sizes will require more postage (such as 6 ½ square envelopes); Designed with Amore LLC is not responsible for overcharge in postage, or for invitations or stationery that is lost in the mail or is destroyed through the mailing process. It is your responsibility to check pricing with your post office at the time of purchase.

    ▶ CARD STOCK AND ENVELOPES
    Unless otherwise specified, your cards will be printed on white card stock, in the nature and texture chosen. If a file is invoiced as “printed front only”, the back side will be white. We can print the back side when requested (fees will apply according to the nature of the printing).
    Please also note that different card stocks might also create different effects and may absorb toner differently.

    ▶ HANDMADE NATURE OF CARDS
    Our cards are handmade and created one by one in our studio in Michigan. Minor differences in colors throughout the job and minor differences during assembly can happen. We quality check every card making sure it complies to high quality standards.

    ▶ DIGITAL REPRESENTATIONS OF NON-PRINTED ITEMS
    Laser cut cards, pocket folders, embellishments such as lace and burlap and other non-printed items are represented at the best of our possibilities on your final proofs and as part of your proofs, they are approved along with them. Although we try our best to represent them as close as possible to reality, colors of these items may be slightly misrepresented (see colors section above). If you have any question about these items please let us know.

    ♥ SAMPLES

    Generic and non customized samples orders are available for any design in our store. Simply add the listing in the quantity of "1" to your cart.
    Because of our current workload, we are unable to provide customized samples at this time. A fully custom sample is however included in your full order, once you unofficially approve your digital proofs.

    ♥ DEPOSIT & PROCESS

    Once you place a deposit on your order (which will be deducted from your total) you will be sent a questionnaire to fill out in order to begin the design process.
    Once we receive the info, we will be starting the design process which will consist in an exchange of emails until you are happy with your proofs.

    ♥ TIMEFRAMES

    Once you place a deposit with us and fill out the questionnaire, you will be sent a first proof within 3 business days. When you are happy with your proofs (unlimited proofs are always included) your final payment will be due and production will start. Production can vary from 8 to 15 business days depending upon the nature of your order and the season. We prioritize our orders based on the event date, however please note that we cannot always rush orders due to our often fully booked queue.

    ♥ PRICING

    Unless otherwise specified on the listing itself, the pricing for a sample is also the pricing for one set (as per listing specs) for a min quantity of 50. We require a min order of 25 sets, and discount tiers are applied for orders over 100 sets as follows:
    100+ > 7% discount
    125+ > 10% discount
    150+ > 12% discount
    200+ > 15% discount

    ♥ SHIPPING

    We ship internationally. Samples are sent within 4 business days from purchase via usps first class mail, samples ship free within the US and can be shipped internationally for a flat $3.00 shipping costs.
    First class mail will reach most US destinations within one week from shipping, international shipping can take 10 business days or more. Should you not receive your sample within 7 business days from shipping (nationally) or 10 business days (internationally) please contact us and we will reship free of charge.
